Down a narrow side street in Klawock, Alaska, Mathew Scaletta runs a small family-run fish cannery inherited from his grandmother. Wildfish Cannery has been Southeast Alaska’s premier community-focused seafood processor since 1987. Know your fisherfolk. 

This rockfish is mild and flakey with sumac adding a nice bright lift to the flavor. The garlic and herbs make it excellent for a quick pâté, happily spread on a cracker. Each tin is topped off in top quality Spanish extra virgin olive oil. A 50/50 Picual and Arbequina blend.
