Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped USPS mail. If your mailing address is a PO Box, please use that as your shipping address, not a substitute address.
You will receive email confirmation that your order has been received and another email when it has been shipped along with a tracking number.
Expect orders to arrive 2-7 days after shipment depending on location. We live in a very remote area and our mail comes and goes by small plane. Weather delays are common. We cannot guarantee expedited shipping.
Our online store opens for pre-ordering on January 15th. We begin shipping on February 1st and process orders in the order in which they were received. After pre-orders, orders will be shipped within 5 business days unless items are on backorder. We will hold your entire order until backordered items are ready unless you specify otherwise.
Seeds are a flat $5 shipping with free shipping after $50.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
As a small family business, we rely heavily on customer feedback to maintain our standards of quality goods and excellent customer service. Our Returns & Exchange Policy considers this along with our need to run a sustainable business.
Body Products: All sales on body products are final. Body products are not available for returns and exchanges.
Seeds: All sales on seeds are final. Issues with germination? Please read our guarantee and contact us immediately.
All other items: All returns and exchanges on other items must be in new, unused condition in its original packaging. Any item that has been modified, altered or changed in any way other than its original form is not eligible for returns and exchanges.
If you would like to return or exchange your unused products, you may do so within 14 days. Shipping returns are at the cost of the customer. Please contact email@example.com to initiate the return.
Once the shipment is received, inspected and determined to be in an acceptable condition we will process your request, refund your original payment method or issue your store credit, and send you a confirmation email.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DELAYED AND LOST ORDERS
Your order is shipped USPS Mail and should arrive on average within 7 business days. If 14 days have passed and your order is still missing, please contact your local USPS office with your tracking number.

Please include this information to when you contact firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your delay. If we aren’t able to resolve this with USPS, we will ship your replacement.
DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ORDERS
If your item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email photos to email@example.com and notify us of which incorrect item was shipped. Once we receive the photos, we will ship you a replacement at our cost.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
