Foundroot is very excited to bring on our first employees and roll out our Work Trade program in 2021. We are looking for hard working individuals with experience doing physical labor that have a passion for food security in Alaska, can live and work by our core values, and will help perpetuate the Foundroot mission.

This is a working farm, not a garden. These are not educational opportunities such as an apprenticeships or internships. Employees and Work Traders alike will be expected to put in the same manual labor as the farm owners at an efficient pace. Training and explanation of tasks will be done on an as needed basis to keep our operation rolling.
