Gold Rush Honey is owned and operated by Jennifer Frazier in Homer, Alaska. She ensures that sustainability and hive health are at the forefront of her beekeeping practices and believes that taking care of ourselves and the environment around us should be a top priority.
This pure raw honey is crafted by Alaskan bees in early to mid-summer, resulting in a robust wildflower variety. It boasts a bold, full-bodied blend of floral notes that we love to enjoy in our tea, on toast, and by the spoonful when we have a sore throat (or note). The beekeepers meticulously extract different nectar sources throughout the summer to capture their unique flavors. Each batch varies in color and flavor, a testament to their hands-on extracting technique.
