This is a non-caffeinated version of Felicity Loft's most popular tea blend. Using rooibos instead of black tea, Vanilla Birch is a warming tea is full of flavor to be enjoyed morning or night. Birch bark and cardamom balance the sweetness of the vanilla rooibos.
Brew 1 tsp per cup of water for about 4-5 minutes. Rooibos teas are naturally forgiving in the brewing process so feel free to play around with quantities of tea and water to make it just right for you.
