A workhorse Three-Tine Cultivator handmade by Seth Pauley and his team of the artisans at PIGINOR Tools in their home workshop in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
This Cultivator is built for heavy duty hand garden work. The spade-shaped teeth penetrate soil easily with less labor on hardworking hands. Hand-forged solid steel attaches to a sturdy 3/8" rod for extra durability. The solid hickory handle is gently tapered handle, making it a comfortable fit for small and large hands alike and is long enough to reach to the rear of a bed for turning dirt and removing surface weeds.
Seth's tools are made of hand-forged steel with solid USA made hickory wood handles and built to last a lifetime with proper care. They are easily sharpened by hand using a file and have been tested by real world use for many years by expert gardeners.
A perfect gift for anyone who appreciates handmade tools crafted for serious gardening.
Approximately 12" long by 4" wide.
Handmade tools have more weight to them than you may be accustomed to which is what makes them so durable. They require care to maintain their lifespan and should be stored out of the elements and treated regularly with mineral oil to prevent rust and keep wood from drying out.
