Porcini mushrooms, also known as King Boletes, are a delicacy around the world and we are lucky enough to have them in our backyard. These wild harvested mushrooms have a mouth-watering umami flavor that is great on anything savory. Robert and Tawny love it on steak and potatoes, we add it to our garlic butter pasta.
