Adventure Harvest is owned by Tawny Darling and Robert Chadwell who recently left us in Haines, AK for the wilds of Homer, AK. We miss them dearly but love that we can keep their sustainably harvested, wild Alaskan products close by.
Fun fact: Ranch dressing was created in 1949 in Alaska by plumber, Steve Henson. Henson later moved to California and purchased a ranch he called Hidden Valley Ranch, hence the now famous dressing. Filled with wild harvested Porcinis and spruce tips, this mix tastes like a truly Alaskan spin on the classic. Mix it with buttermilk, yogurt, sour cream, and/or mayonnaise to dip your homegrown carrots and broccoli or pour over your romaine.
