This classic Cauliflower was introduced to gardeners in 1888 by Peter Henderson & Co and has held its ground as the heirloom of choice for early crops. Smooth dense heads with white beads are crisp and tender with good flavor. Outer leaves naturally wrap around head to prevent yellowing. Plants won't mature at the same time which is great for staggered harvest but watch your crops to ensure best quality heads. Great for freezing.
