Frontiersman Sourdough was started in Anchorage to share Alaska’s rich history of sourdough with the world by making the craft easily accessible to everyone. They donate a portion of their proceeds every year towards conserving Alaska’s wild natural environment.

This Bench Scraper is designed asymmetrically for multiple functions, including a flat beveled edge for dividing and shaping dough and two different angled curves to fit the angles of common mixing bowls. “Bench” is the term used to describe the surface on which dough is handled (pro tip: this is often a kitchen counter). A portion of all profits at Frontiersman Sourdough are donated to environmental conservation in Alaska.
