Growing herbs is a passion of ours and we dry pounds of them for our spice cabinet and tea shelf to enjoy throughout the winter. We had these handy little herb strippers made to help with the task of stripping off the leaves. They are made from locally sourced Cherry hardwood from Central Michigan and fit comfortably in our hands for hours of processing. The larger cut on the size works well for smaller kale or Swiss chard leaves. Works best with woodier, perennial herbs.
