A classic cold climate friendly herb, Parsley has long been hailed for its medicinal uses and as a staple in Italian cooking. Extra large bushy plants produce flat serrated leaves with exceptional flavor. Plants will hang on happily through the first frost. Soak the seeds in lukewarm water for a few hours before planting to soften seed coats and allow for faster germination. Parsley is slow to come on and needs to be started indoors earlier than other herbs.
