Smoky, briny, Wildfish's smoked octopus is a special treat. It’s also notably been named by Monterey Bay Seafood Watch as a ‘Best Choice’ sustainable species as it is harvested by incedental-catch. This allows the octopus to be enjoyed rather than wasted. 

Seacuterie is the hot new thing, this delicacy is excellent straight from the can. Wildfish also recommends it dressed with olive oil and lemon for an amazingly smoky Pulpo a la Gallega or in a bright Mediterranean salad.
