Dill is a necessity in any cold climate garden. No salmon dish or potato salad can go without the intoxicating aroma of fresh dill leaves and the garden will be full of its fragrance. Bouquet Dill forms particularly large seed heads at 5-8" for use in classic pickling recipes like dilly beans. Left to go to seed, plants can get upwards of 4' tall. Save seeds for cooking and next year's crop. Leaves dry well for year-round use.
