These beautiful pearl onions can be sown at the beginning of the season for a midsummer treat. Small 1/2” white bulbs can be eaten fresh, roasted, or used for pickling while the greens are a delicious garnish and an ingredient all their own. These are sweet little bulbing scallions meant for fresh eating during the summer season, not for storage.
Seeds are soft and won't keep for more than one season. We refresh our stock annually.
