It's fall y'all! Let's eat soup and bring on the cozy vibes. Here is what we are thinking:
Weekly pickup on Saturday morning 10am-12pm at The Foundroot Shop.
October 5, 12, 19, & 26.
$30/week includes one quart of soup and a hearty bread. Homemade gluten free bread available for an additional charge. All soups are gluten free but as you know, our kitchen does use gluten.
$135 includes a $15 bottle deposit that will be returned to you after the subscription is complete and all bottles are returned.
MENU
All menu items are made from scratch using homemade bone broth filled with nutrient dense ingredients and as much local ingredients as possible.
Smoked Salmon Chowder
Smoked local Sockeye salmon with a creamy tomato base filled with nitrate free bacon, capers, carrots, onions, and red peppers.
Beef Borscht
A traditional mix of local beets, cabbage, carrots, onions, and dill with roasted shredded beef in a rich beef bone broth.
Chicken Lemon & Wild Rice
Super hearty chicken bone broth filled with shredded whole roasted chicken, onions, carrots, garden greens, fresh lemons, and topped off with black wild rice.
Pork and White Bean
Shredded roasted pork shoulder with cannellini beans, green chilis (not so spicy), onions, carrots, and greens in a southwestern style pork bone broth.
