A Japanese heirloom bunching onion that can be continuously sown for summer scallions. Long tender stalks have a delicious fresh flavor and can be used raw, cooked, or as a garnish. Handles cool temperatures well and is a staple at market. Can perennialize and be used as an early spring onion but we've found the stalks get large and fibrous over time.
