Emma and Claire weave in beautiful story telling about their lives with seasonal garden veggies and wild ingredients elegantly, the main focus being on seafood. They allow the ingredients to speak for themselves in accessible recipes for all levels. There is a nice intro on Alaskan fishing and seafood and a solid collection of favorite baked treats at the end. Unpretentious, delicious, lovely.
